The End of My Diet Supplement Challenge and #GIVEAWAY

At the end of June I posted about my weight and cholesterol, that I was trying to make healthier choices and that I had been given the opportunity to try a weight loss supplement from Creative Bioscience.

At about halfway through this 90-day experiment I posted an update.

The entire time, the caffeine and green tea in the supplement most definitely gave me more energy. And it's not the kind of energy that made me crash later. It sustained pretty much throughout the day. This also means I have been drinking about a cup less coffee, which in turn means a few less calories. Further, I believe it did suppress my appetite a bit.

I appreciated the B vitamins and chromium  in the product. I read that chromium helps control blood sugar and lower bad cholesterol. My cholesterol level is one of the biggest reasons I wanted to start making healthier choices, so I'm quite pleased with that aspect of this supplement.

Now that I'm at the end of my 90-day challenge I must say I am very glad I did it. It gave me a good kick in the pants of motivation to get out there and start exercising. This past 90 days is the most consistent I've been about exercise in the last 9 years! I have not experienced a dramatic weight loss, but I have lost some and it's noticeable, even if only to me.
